Application tips:

3.1 MX-1519cannot be used together with saponification sizing agent.The pulp pool should be cleaned when the agent was shifted from saponification sizing into MX-1519.
3.2 It suits forward sizing and can also be used in reverse sizing and continuous sizing before wires.
3.3 It should be diluted into solution of 2% concentration with water before adding into pulp pools in the forward and reverse sizing.And no need dilution in continuous sizing before wires.
3.4 The best PH range and key notes of using MX-1519 should be between 4.5 and 5.5.
3.5 Most fillers will influence the sizing effect,esp the calcium salt.So the pulp should be circulated for around 20 minutes after adding into MX-1519&Alum.Then add the fillers.

Package,Storage and Shelf life time

The package can be 200Liters or 1000Liters plastic drum.It should be stored in dry&cold place with better ventilation.The shelf life time is around 6 months.
